We welcome applications from anyone who would like to join the GSA and benefit from all our activities, lectures, demonstrations, visits, tutorials and more. New applicants usually join as an Associate Member for a basic fee of £17 per annum. Associates can enjoy all the above but have to apply to become a Full member to exhibit in GSA Exhibitions. To become a Full Member the applicants' work is assessed at an arranged time to decide its' standard and suitability to exhibit with the GSA. This ensures the reputation of the GSA and the Artist remains high. See below for all application forms.
N.B. If you sent Rosemary G cheques recently for membership they have not been cashed at present because I haven't had opportunity to pass them on to Terry for banking. If you want to continue your membership and haven't paid, please can you do it by BACs if possible, and Terry will let me know, or notify me of your intention to renew when the situation returns to normal.
We are delighted to inform you that membership fees will remain unchanged for 2020 - 2021, i.e. at £17 pa for Associate Members and £20pa for Full Members. Membership Renewal for 2020/21 is due on the 1st March 2020.

CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME TO OUR 4 NEW FULL GSA MEMBERS FOR 2020 - 2021
INGRID ANGEL worked as a ceramics artist in the past and has now decided to spread her wings into larger oil paintings. Her love of horses inspired her entries for full membership.
MARGARET SKINNER presented us with a great selection of floral botanical work, insects and animals. She works in coloured pencil, mainly Faber Castell or Prismacolor but also enjoys drawing with graphite and using scratchboard.
ALEXANDRINA SMITH from Gloucester continually experiments with different techniques for abstract, semi abstract and figurative work to create exciting images.
SUE TRICKEY also presented us with a wide range of very detailed and evocative work using paint, pencil, collage and appliqué. The piece with the robins is unfinished but we look forward to seeing the final version soon
We are all delighted to have Ingrid, Margaret, Alexandrina and Sue exhibiting with the GSA this year. if you come to the AGM on the 16th march you will be able to see their work.
